Villa description:  Villa li Cucuruzzi (extraluxury) This wonderful villa is located in Santa Maria di Leuca, just 1.2 miles from Città del Capo, set in a privileged position which enjoys wonderful panoramic views of the sea. The property mixes traditional and modern styles and is subdivided into two units: A large and wonderful villa on one side and restored historic trullos on the other, it is surrounded by mediterranean vegetation and completely enclosed by a stone wall (built in typical local stone.) The two units of this property (the villa and the trullos) are rentable separately on request. A small path connects both the villa and the Trullos to the huge swimming pool and Jacuzzi, located strategically to enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views. The pool is surrounded by a sundeck equipped with loungers and a pergola and is served by a small typical stone-faced building housing showers and changing rooms. There is a bathroom built into the rockface. Olive trees, rosemary plants and lavender all add charm to the mediterranean style garden which has been designed over several levels. The stone faced Villa is refined and elegant. Walking in you are welcomed by a spacious living room, which leads to the sleeping area on the left and to the dining area on the right. - Having 5 bedrooms it can accommodate up to 10 people, - The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (Jacuzzi tub), - 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (shower), - 1 double bedroom, - 1 twin bedroom with bunk-bed and ensuite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, are finely decorated with majolica and unique antique pavements. The dining area has a big dining table which can seat up to 14 guests and a Mediterranean styled kitchen which has very impressive majolica decor. From the living room and its stunning panoramic sea views, a back-door leads to an exquisitely furnished garden with a spacious dining table beneath a pretty pergola where one can enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax in the shade. The Trullos: Eight original Trullos have been refurbished, thoroughly modernised but with a characteristic Mediterranean style and have been divided into 2 units.The first is made from 5 of the 8 trulli and consists of 3 double bedrooms one of which has en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. In total it can accommodate up to 8 people as there are also 2 single beds in the corridor. Some of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and flat screen TV. The second unit is made of the remaining 3 trullos and consists of a well equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, a big storage fridge,etc), a small dining area and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 6 people .
