The security deposit must be paid by bank cheque made out to the owner or by cash. The non-payment of the caution deposit will not allow access to the property.

The security deposit will be entirely returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage to the villa or contents has occurred. In case of slight damage detection (in any case exceeding 50 €) the amount of deposit will be retain in whole or in sum sufficient to cover the damage repair. The excess amount will be returned by bank transfer or postal order and the invoice sent by registered air mail.
