Refined and comfortable residence situated in the tranquil and small historic town of Specchia, a very typical and small village, located in the low center of the Salento region, not far from the Adriatic and Ionian coast.

Masseria "Aia Piccola" is located in a residential area at the outskirts of the town, and has been recently renovated.

The villa is immersed in an extensive property of about 4000 square meters. A beautiful garden with english meadow surrounds the house, which is particularly embellished by stone benches. A delightful broad canopy offers welcome shade during the day with outdoor tables and sofas.

Inside is about 300 square meters divided into a central building and two annexes. The guest apartments are very spacious, and both comprising a double bedroom and large bathroom (with shower). One room offers also an extra double sofa bed.

The central body is very comfortable. Internally comprise two adjoining bedrooms (one with en-suite) and both featuring vaulted ceiling, a spacious living room, with adjoining kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub), basement and closet.

The villa is not equipped with air conditioning due to the particular housing construction which ensures fresh and comfortable environments. Each room is equipped with window mosquito net.

In the back door there is a garage box and the access to the top terrace.

"Masseria Aia Piccola" is a very special mansion to spend a romantic vacation in a typical Apulian village, at a short drive from the sea.
