The villa is located upon a delightful hill, from which can be enjoyed a spectacular panorama view on the country side. There is a good sized swimming pool with large terrace, equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing and also with a open bar for relaxing drinks. A wooden port with elegant sofas offers welcome shade by the pool. This open space area is suitable eventually for music and gala entertainments.

The garden has been thoughtfully arranged in a Mediterranean style with beautiful olive trees, plants and flowers. The design and the cliffside position of the garden makes the villa even more charming.

The very elegant and minimalist design is the main feature of the interiors.
A spacious living room stands at the entrance of the house, which leads to the night area on the left and to the spacious and elegant dining area on the right. Main feature is also the living room with it stunning picture window facing the cliffside panorama, where guest can comfortably enjoy sitting on the elegant sofas the delightful environment. The equipment is to a high standard throughout with a plasma TV, and a fire place.

The sleeping area comprises 2 double bedrooms, one twin room (French bed) and a bathroom (with tub and shower). The dining area comprises the elegant dining room, a bathroom and the modern and fully equipped kitchen. All bathrooms are well located and highly designed.

Finally In the lower floor of the villa, a cozy tavern with fabulous vault ceiling, comprises a bedroom with en-suite, small kitchenette and a bunk bed for two children. This tavern is particularly suitable for anyone, even in the same group, willing to stay in complete privacy.
