Villa description:  Villa li Cucuruzzi (extraluxury) This beautiful property is located high on the coast of Santa Maria di Leuca, within 3 km drive from town, and set in a privileged position which ensures a unique sea view. The mansion mixes old warm charm with new, and consists of 2 separate blocks enclosed by a spacious Mediterranean park. A luxury Villa stands on a side while a complex of beautiful Trulli, brilliantly refurbished, stands on the other. The property has terraced patios with sea panorama and plenty hideaways for relaxing sunbaths. The whole property has been constructed with the typical local stones creating a charming and peaceable environment. It has 2 entrances: a lovely small avenue through the park and a main one through the automatic gate. A small path gets both from the villa and from the Trulli to the huge swimming pool with Jacuzzi located in a strategic position where the stunning sea panorama can be enjoyed ahead. Moreover a small typical stone-house supplies the swimming pool with bathrooms, showers and changing rooms. The garden has been thoughtfully arranged in a Mediterranean style with beautiful olive trees, lavender, rosemary etc. The design of the garden over several different levels makes the villa even more charming. The property consists of two separate blocks, the main Villa and the Trullos block, which are not rentable separately. The Villa`s Accommodation: It is a refined and elegant house, covered entirely in stone walls according to local architectural tradition. Internally a spacious living room stands at the entrance of the loan, which leads to the sleeping area on the left and to the dining area on the right. This main block can accommodates up to ten sleeps, comprising five bedrooms: - The master bedroom with ensuite (Jacuzzi tub), - 2 double bedrooms with ensuite (shower), - 1 double bedroom, - 1 twin with bunk bunk and ensuite (usually staff`s room). All rooms are supplied with satellite TV set and air conditioning, and finely decorated with majolica and exclusive antique pavements. The dining area comes up with a dining room sitting up to 14 guests, and a Mediterranean styled kitchen (very impressive majolica decor). The entrance living room also leads trough a back-door garden finely furnished with a spacious dining table, sitting under a pretty pergola where al fresco dining can be enjoyed or simply just rest in the shade. The Trulli`s Accommodation: the complex is made up with 2 original Trullos which has been refurbished and implemented with modern constructions in accordance with the Mediterranean characteristic style. This 8 Trulli’s block comprises 3 double rooms and 2 single beds in the corridor, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite with jacuzzi tub), sleeping up to 8 guests. Some of the rooms are supplied with air conditioning and flat screen TV. The third bathroom is in the Trullo beside, built as the kitchen area with dining room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, a big storage fridge and a smaller for bedroom use, plus a small shower room. P.S.
