Villa description:  Villa Mediterranea Ampia e confortevole, è situata a 25 km da Gallipoli nella località balneare di Torre San Giovanni a 100 mt dalla spiaggia. Totalmente circondata da un curato e fiorente giardino, (2000mq circa) può ospitare fino a 10 persone. La villa è recintata e dotata di vari posti auto ed un accogliente porticato che permette un’ottima ventilazione nelle ore più calde della giornata. Nello stesso trova spazio un pratico e comodo soggiorno all’aperto, dotato di eleganti divanetti da esterno. La zona giorno è arricchita da un luminoso boudoir completo di tv e cucina a vista, provvista di ogni comfort. La zona notte vanta quattro camere da letto: due matrimoniali di cui una con una brandina (quindi tripla, all`occorrenza può diventare quadrupla aggiungendo un`altra brandina al costo di EUR 60,00) e due doppie. Le camere sono servite da due bagni completi con doccia facilmente raggiungibili anche dal soggiorno. Esternamente la struttura comprende un’ulteriore doccia ed un piccola lavanderia di servizio.
