Villa description:  Villa Muse Villa Muse is a unique charming villa within a short walk (250 meters) from the sandy beaches of San Cataldo (Lecce`s marina). The extensive property encloses a very large swimming pool, conveniently supplied with changing room, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beside the pool two wide porches with garden furnishings and gas barbecue offer welcome shade ensuring al fresco dinings. Internally this two storey villa offers spacious and luminous rooms, particularly furnished in a Mediterranean style. The ground floor entrance leads into a cozy living room with fireplace and TV, connected to a second living room. On this level there is a first bedroom with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower, and a spacious dining room with fireplace, TV and dining table for twelve guests, with an annexed fully equipped kitchen. This main room has air conditioner. A staircase leads internally up to the first floor directly trough a central hall equipped with air conditioner. This floor comprises in total 7 bedrooms, which are: 4 double with ensuite, 1 twin with ensuite, and 1 double sharing a bathroom with another smaller twin bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and access to the terrace, which surrounds the whole first floor. Externally there are also 2 detached annexes: the first is a small house with two storage rooms, a bathroom, a sitting room and a dining room, while the second house could eventually be the domestic staff accommodation, where is also set a laundry area.
