The enchanting salt water pool, the solarium equipped with armchairs and sun lounger overlooking the beautiful love groves, the lovely covered veranda where you can have lunch and dine out in the open air and prepare tasty dishes using the kitchenette with oven, sink and stone barbecue. The style of the interior is defined by soft colors with antique flavors. The furnishing consists of some elements that are typical for the Salento culture. The villa has a large open space with dining room, as sitting area, a tv corner and a nice and well-equipped industrial style kitchen plus a bathroom with washing machine.

The 2 hallways lead to the 4 bedrooms of the main villa, situated on 2 sides of the villa. On one side there’s a double bedroom and one bedroom with a French bed, both with a bathroom with shower, on the other side there are 2 double bedroom of which one with a bathroom with shower. Through a lovely staircase you reach the guesthouse that consists of a living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a small private outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs.

The villa is only 2 kilometers away from Ugento, a vivid typical village of Salento with a beautiful historical center and museum, next to all the main services. It’s located 8 kilometers from Torre San Giovanni and its beautiful sandy beaches. Only 16 kilometers away from the beaches of Lido Marini and 20 kilometers from Gallipoli and the beaches of Baia Verde.
