La Serrazza is a luxury villa with pool immesed in nature, a few minutes from the beaches of Pescoluse, on the Ionian coast. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and classic vaulted ceiling in the local stone, ideal for a group of 9 persons.
La Serrazza is a charming luxury villa with pool, immersed in nature of the countryside of Pescoluse, a few minutes from the splendid beaches of the Ionian coast. Surrounded by a 6000 square meters garden, the charming villa is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation, so you can fully enjoy your holidays in Puglia.
A holiday at La Serrazza: very quiet place surrounded by nature with pool
Surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and the lush olive trees, at Villa La Serrazza everything is simple, refined, linear but of design, in the garden and around the pool. The solarium, gazebo with a sitting area, the barbecue area and the shed next to the house, everything is designed so you can spend a comfortable and unforgettable vacation in Pescoluse. In addition there`s a wonderful panoramic view you can enjoy from the terrace.

The big sliding windows brighten the living room with open kitchen where all details are highlighted by the natural light. The sleeping area consists of 4 double rooms, one with a private bathroom and the other with a second bathroom. There is a third bathroom outside the villa.
The position and the surroundings of the villa
The villa is located in a quiet area and allows you to reach within a few minutes drive the beaches of Pescoluse, such as Torre Pali, Lido Marini e Torre San Giovanni. Pescoluse is a vivid seaside location with various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and bathing establishments. Santa Maria di Leuca, the most southern location of Italy, with its lighthouse and sanitarium is a very vivid town and just 12 kilometers away from the villa.

"Ottima ed elegante struttura immersa in un ambiente tranquillo in tipico luogo pugliese, in mezzo agli ulivi ed da una natura incontaminata! Nello stesso tempo a pochi Km da un mare le cui acque fanno ricordare le Maldive da cui prende il nome! Vicinissima al centro di un paese dove acquistare prodotti pugliesi! Non pensate di fare diete in Puglia! I propietari della villa, Il Sig. Giuseppe e il figlio Enea persone molto disponibili ed accoglienti! Il nostro pensiero sarą quello di ritornare al pił presto.
