Villa del Carmine is introduced by a big garden with Mediterranean vegetation, a recently-built swimming pool and solarium area and it consists of a modern holiday home and a renovated rural house adjacent to an old church renovated into an architectural firm: a unique charm.
Villino del Carmine is a holiday home for 7 guests. It`s characterized by bright rooms under wooden ceilings, with glass doors and view on the garden. Every element was chosen with attention to details. It consists of a living room with dining area and the adjacent kitchenette, sitting room with double sofa bed and armchairs. The sleeping area consists of 1 triple bedroom (double bed and twin-sized bed) and 1 double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which without bidet. Moreover, there is an outdoor dining area under the porch.
Dependance del Carmine is on the first floor and it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning and internet. The airy and bright rooms are under barrel-vaulted ceilings. The apartment is refined, furnished with high quality elements and it consists of a living room with dining area and kitchenette, terrace with panoramic view on Baia Verde and the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a half bath.

The abandoned Renaissance church embellished by Baroque elements was renovated into an architectural firm, surrounded by dry-stone walls.

"The villa nice and clean, close to the beach and the different amenities. It was comfortable and the swimming pool was great. Only small regret is that we couldn’t turn on the outdoors lights at night after 12 am. Otherwise it’s great. Recommended"
