Attico Smeraldo is one of the independent holiday homes which Villa del Conte is divided into. It has internet, air conditioning and safe, on one of the most beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto. It accommodates up to 11 guests.
It`s by the beach of Punta Prosciutto, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast. Attico Smeraldo is one of the independent holiday homes that are part of Villa del Conte. It is equipped with internet, air conditioning and outdoor areas where you can relax by the sea in Salento, in Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous seaside locations in Puglia. The well-finished holiday home is by the sea and it has an amazing view.
The penthouse with view on the sea by the beach of Porto Cesareo
Attico Smeraldo is a holiday home in villa by the sandy beach and crystal clear sea of Punta Prosciutto. it has independent pedestrian access through a staircase. The holiday home is on the first floor and it has a beautiful furnished terrace with view on the sea, where you can relax during your holidays in Salento. Moreover, it has an outdoor dining area, beach beds and an outdoor shower.
The rooms are cozy, with refined furniture and internet. The Attico consists of a living room with view on the sea, with sofas, fireplace and dining area, the open kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher and tv. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms with 3 additional pouf beds that can be placed in every room of the apartment. Each bedroom has its bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. Attico Smeraldo accommodates up to 11 guests.The surroundings of Attico Smeraldo
Villa del Conte is by a dune on the beach of Punta Prosciutto, one of the most famous and beautiful seaside locations on the coast of Porto Cesareo, near Torre Lapillo. The footbridge by the house takes to the beach, which is 100 meters away. The villa is close to many beach establishments (such as Spiaggia del Conte, 100 meters away), as well as restaurants, cafčs and pizzerias such as the Riva Beach, 250 meters away.
