Surrounded by a pine forest, Villa Denise is a luxury villa with pool where you can spend a relaxing and regenerating holiday within walking distance from a beach establishment. Wellness and nature combine with every modern comfort in a quiet oasis in this complex by the Apulian Ionian coast, in Castellaneta Marina, Taranto. The Mediterranean villa is characterized by cozy rooms and it guarantees privacy. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed.
Privacy and beauty: holidays by the pool surrounded by nature
A dainty small gate introduces the lush garden and the stone paths of Villa Denise, which leads to the verandah and the big pool with furnished solarium. In this villa, everything is custom made, with high quality materials. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, with local ceramics. It is possible to have lunch or dinner under the verandah, thanks to the big stone table. The floor of the living room and the pool are made with a marble mosaic, characterized by vibrant colors and a custom-made geometric pattern.
Villa Denise was made with attention to details. In the living room there is a fireplace and a well-stocked bookshelf; the living room of this holiday villa by the sea in Puglia is bright and airy. The bathrooms were made with Bisazza mosaic. The three-floor villa is big and cozy and it`s surrounded by a beautiful garden with outdoor equipped spaces. The villa consists of a spacious living room with dining area, open kitchen, sofas and fireplace. The staircase takes to the raised ground floor with the sleeping area, which consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Another staircase takes to the first floor with one single bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, for a total of 3 bathrooms.
Villa Denise is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in every room, parking space, washing machine and dishwasher, mosquito nets, wood-burning oven under the verandah. Moreover, upon request the guests may have a security service 24/7 and a domestic (this service is not included in the price). Villa Denise allows the access to the beach establishment L`Angolino and the use of a soccer field, tennis court and sailing school. Other features: The beach establishment L`Angolino is 200 meters away and it`s open from June to September (depending on the weather). Renting Villa Denise includes the pass for 5 guests (the guests under 18 years old have free acceess) and one parking spot (parking motorcycles is free), so the guests will have 1 beach umbrella, 2 beach beds and 2 deckchairs. The cost of the additional passes is established at the beginning of the season.
It is possible to use the other private beach establishment, according to the conditions of the beach establisment. Both establishments have bar and restaurants.
Villa Denise is in the complex Riva dei Tessali with private surveillance all year long. It is forbidden the use of a barbecue.
The owser is in charge of the upkeeping of the pool and the garden and the maintenance hours will be communicated at the beginning of the holiday.
