Luxury small villas on the ground floor of Perla Saracena, 300 meters from the beach of Torre Pali and Pescoluse. 4 bed accommodations, spa shower, wifi, smart tv, parking space. Small pets are allowed.
Recently-built one bedroom small villas, independent and exclusive, on the ground floor of Perla Saracena Luxury Suites, the most exclusive property in Salento.
We are in Torre Pali, by the most beautiful Apulian beaches, near Pescoluse, Le Maldive del Salento, Lido Marini, Torre San Giovanni.
Each unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and it has a kitchen, two outdoor areas, parking space. Small pets are allowed.Luxury small villas for rent by the most beautiful beach in Salento
Six units on the ground floor named Perla Saracena Luxury Suites: the most exclusive and luxury solution for your holidays by the sea of Torre Pali and Pescoluse.
Each unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and it`s independent and soundproof, so privacy and tranquillity of the guests are guaranteed.
There are two outdoor areas: a small lounge in the garden at the back and a verandah in front of the house with table and chairs, ideal at dinner.
The unit consists of a living room with fold-away kitchen, covered by kerlite panels which were handpainted and a sofa bed for two guests with fireproof, stain-resistant and antibacterial fabric.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with 4k smart television and satellite decoder and a design ensuite bathroom with spa shower equipped with chromotherapy, cervical massage, nebulization and ionized water.
The unit is equipped with accessories such as internet, air conditioning, safe and private vigilance, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and parking space.bedrooms / Bathrooms

Vielleicht ist es ein schönes Fleckchen Erde, aber die Schönheit ging völlig im "Sardinendosen-Feeling" unter. Ich würde definitiv nie mehr Ende Juli/Anfang August dort Urlaub machen. "

"La struttura è bella, spaziosa, pulita, letto comodo, due verande grandi da sfruttare al meglio; tuttavia gli espedienti di design adottati per l`arredamento fanno si che gli spazi interni siano distribuiti male; al mattino entra la luce dalle finestre, la doccia è completamente a vista, i lavandini posizionati al centro della sala sono piccoli e non dotati di nulla su cui poter appoggiare almeno lo spazzolino. Il bagno non garantisce la giusta e doverosa privacy; il fatto che ci sia la jacuzzi all`aperto rende appetibile la struttura. Altrimenti per com`è arredata sarebbe difficile passare più di una notte. "

Purtroppo, tuttavia, l`aspetto è molto affetto: i soffiamenti doccia, le cucine non possono essere utilizzate correttamente a causa di elementi decorativi, illuminazione complicata (segnali completamente non correttamente assegnati). Comunque, molto gentile e ordinata."
