Villa Punta Ristola is in a residential complex that was finished building in June 2020. The villa is on three floors, reachable by stairs or elevator. The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen and seating area with Manutti sofa bed for 2 guests. The big glass walls overlooks the outdoor area with swimming pool, solarium with beach beds and umbrellas, porch and outdoor shower.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedroom and a twin bedroom. One of the double bedroom has access to a terrace with a breathtaking view. The second floor is a spacious terrace with half bath, solarium and covered dining areas with an amazing view on the sea.The surroundings of Villa Punta Ristola
Villa Punta Ristola is in Santa Maria di Leuca, in the area of Punta Ristola, the most southern point in Salento.
