It`s entirely fenced, with large outdoor equipped areas, the two-floor villa was built in 2020 and it`s the ideal solution for a luxury holiday in a villa with swimming pool with family or friends, near the beaches and the nightlife of Gallipoli.
The swimming pool is heated and is framed by the beach beds and an outdoor lounge area. Moreover, there is a bathroom and an outdoor shower. The porch, which is on the upper floor, gives access to the villa. There is a living room with dining area, kitchen and sitting room with sofa and teelvision. On this floor there is part of the sleeping area with one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and laundry area. The bedrooms overlook the lovely rose garden.
