Villa Gaia is a refined, modern and cozy villa on two floors, framed by a large garden. The electric gate opens into the driveway in the pine forest, that arrives at the parking area.

At the back of the villa there is the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by the furnished solarium with beach beds and umbrellas. There are several equipped areas in the garden such as the hammocks under the trees, and porches with wooden coverings that guarantee shadow even during the hottest hours of the day.

The rooms are airy and bright, furnished with design elements. The sleeping area consists of an open space with seating area, tv and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette and the balcony with view on the swimming pool.

On the raised ground floor there are 3 bright and spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, tv, air conditioning and mini-bar.
